Position: ACCOUNT MANAGER (Gaming)
Spadegaming is one of the fastest growing providers of mobile and desktop digital casino games for the online industry in Asia.
Our innovative and dynamic company is opening an office in Malta and is offering an Account Manager gaming job in Malta to build and maintain relationships with internal partners. As an Account Manager you will understand their operations, goal and development strategy and proactively identifying ways to contribute towards these.
In this position your responsibilities will be:
• Developing, growing and retaining a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong professional relationship with them.
• Increase and maintain operators’ satisfaction by ensuring that all the request and needs are met according to their standards.
• Acting as a main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with your assigned customers and their key stakeholders.
• Coach and challenge our customers, always be a step ahead and identify what improvements can be done together with your accounts.
• Focusing on expanding our portfolio of large operators in the gaming industry, particularly within the European market, via lead generation.
• Selling, up-selling and cross-selling Spadegaming gaming solutions.
• Develop and implement account plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives and forecast and track account metrics/KPI’s for each of your accounts.
• Minimum of 2 years experience B2B direct client Sales and/or Account Management experience.
• Strong account management, sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of online casino products such as slots and table games
• Experience in the collaboration with external partners such as online casino operators.
• Fluent English & other European language
• Possessing a portfolio of igaming clients is an asset
• High level of initiative, strong communication skills and ability to work with many stakeholders simultaneously.
