Job Description

Within this Customer Service / Support Administrator job you will be the first point of contact between the company and its’ customers. Your duties will include:

Managing incoming calls, emails, live chats and other inquiries
Opening and maintaining customer accounts by collecting and recording all required information
Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution
Compiling reports on overall recorded customer satisfaction
Follow the company’s communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Education & Experience

This vacancy requires:

Fluent in Native English
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German or Swedish or Dutch
Previous work experience relating to Customer Support Services
Proficiency in IT applications, including MS Office

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Smart and presentable
Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach to work
Be flexible and willing to do the extra-mile to help the team
Ability to multitask and a high attention to detail
